Mofe Damijo was once a special adviser on culture and tourism in 2008. He later served as a commissioner of culture and tourism for the same state in 2015.
He studied at the University of Benin where he obtained a degree certificate in Theatre Arts. Further, he proceeded to study law after his studies at Uniben. This he attributed to fulfilling his mother’s wish for him to become a lawyer even though his mother died before he completed his law degree.
It is obvious that RMD is a family man as he obviously loves his family and wife. Meanwhile, Jumoke Adegbesan is Mofe Damijo’s second wife as he was previously married to Mary Ellen Ezekiel, a popular publisher, and journalist.
