Musician, Tuface Idibia Bags Fresh Govt Appointment

Governor Hyacinth Alia of Benue State has designated the renowned Nigerian musician Innocent Idibia, popularly known as Tuface Idibia, as his Technical Adviser for Entertainment and Community Outreach.

In a widely circulated video, the governor expressed his gratitude to Tuface for his contributions to his administration, noting that the artist possesses the potential to achieve even greater impact.

Announcing the appointment, Governor Alia said: “On behalf of the Benue State government and our very good people, we want to give you some more responsibility plus the ones you have been doing because you have the capacity to do some more and help us chart a way forward to improve other people’s lives and to gain more from your wisdom and advise as well.

“So, I’m pleased to announce that we will make you a technical adviser to the Governor on entertainment and community outreach.”
It is no longer news that Idibia is regarded as one of the most influential and greatest Afrobeat artists of all time following his contributions to Nigerian pop music in the 2000s.
